funny thing happened on the way to the 1991 Northwest Restaurant
show. E.Z. Earl™ took his newly formulated coffee syrup line
- Stirling Gourmet Flavors™ to introduce to the emerging espresso
coffee industry. As a “booth grabber” he decided to
serve up samples of his family-famous Red Hot Pups™ - little
smoky wieners slathered in his original Blazin’-Hot® Sauce
sauce.
No
surprise – the espresso “Java-heads” loved Stirling’s™
flavored syrups. Big surprise – the "chiliheads”
raved about his Blazin’-Hot® Sauce
Fifteen
years passed, during which time Stirling™ became renowned
as the world’s premier espresso beverage flavoring. In 2005,
Stirling™ turned E.Z. Earl™ out to pasture. With way
too much time on his hands the old cowboy donned his chuck-wagon
apron, reached for his trusty Dutch oven, and once again brewed
up his flavorful Blazin’Hot® Sauce. Next he added two
new milder heat levels - Smokin' -Hot® & Spicy-Hot®
then headed back to the Restaurant Show.
Once
again the “chiliheads” went crazy over his gourmet extra-hot
cooking sauces. Soon thereafter, E.Z. Earl™ founded Branding
Iron Foods™ then hit the trail again to produce and market
his popular creations.
So,
as you sample E.Z. Earl’s™ hot sauces to experience
