This original E.Z. Earl™ family recipe is the sauce that for once and for all laid to rest the notion that the term “gourmet hot sauce” was an oxymoron. Blazin’-Hot® Sauce is produced from all natural, quality ingredients such as diced tomatoes, vinegar, pure Oregon field honey, filtered and purified water, rich brown sugar, hot horseradish, and more, all combined with a secret blend of twelve herbs and spices. Blazin’-Hot® Sauce is truly an all purpose extra-hot sauce of gourmet quality flavor and aroma. Smokin’-Hot® Sauce & Spicy-Hot® Sauce
These slightly milder versions of E.Z. Earl’s Blazin’-Hot® Sauce are a testimony to Branding Iron’s commitment to customer service. At the request of many less adventurous consumers who were flattened by the Blazin’-Hot® Sauce extreme heat, E.Z. Earl developed Smokin’-Hot® Sauce ( ½ the heat) and Spicy’-Hot® Sauce ( 1/3 the heat). These two new sauces represent the same all natural gourmet flavor and rich aroma, but are slightly milder heat levels.

E.Z. Earl’s all natural, award-winning, specialty hot sauces work well as cooking ingredients, BBQ sauces, hot condiments, taco toppers, grilling sauces, chili bean flavorings, Bloody Mary cocktails, and much more.

When E.Z. Earl set about to formulate a line of truly gourmet specialty hot sauces, he didn't have to look far for a base sauce recipe. He turned to his family's traditional New Orleans grilling sauce that had been carried across the Oregon Trail in the 1850's by one of his umpteen-great grandmas. First he re-seasoned the sauce with his custom-formulated "E.Z. Earl's 12 Secret Herbs & Spices" seasoning blend. Next he converted the mild formula into a fiery-hot sauce utilizing a proprietary blend of 3-chili oils & extracts. The final product represents a complicated, 26-ingredient, masterpiece that puts to rest for once and for all the common belief that the term "gourmet hot sauce" is an oxymoron. This marvelous taste experience is presented in three heat levels: Spicy-Hot® (hot), Smokin’-Hot® (extra-hot), and Blazin’-Hot® (super hot). The sauce line works well in a variety of applications from barbecuing to condiment to flavor ingredient for homemade recipes. The all-natural sauce is a vegan-friendly product of Oregon made with only top quality ingredients. It contains no MSG – GMOs – Artificial Preservatives – Great-8 Allergens-Glutens.
