BLAZIN’-HOT SAUCE

The
smell of this sauce brings me back for taste after taste, leaving
my lips and tongue burning for more. The heavenly scent wafting
from the top of the bottle outshines any other barbecue-style
sauce I’ve ever smelled.

I must say,
(BLAZIN’-HOT SAUCE) rocks! I’ve never tasted a better
BBQ SAUCE in my life…the flavor is booming…the heat
will make a Naga Morich eater like me sweat. …there is no
bitter aftertaste. It gets better when cooked...the flavors blend
together and it gets hotter, thus turning into pure velvety heaven.
…a must sauce for any (chilihead) who cooks. Thanks Earl,
you have one hell-of-a sauce.
Review: BLAZIN’-HOT
and SMOKIN’-HOT SAUCE
– by Mick of KATO …………
We cooked some (pork) ribs and chicken leg quarters
using…BLAZIN’-HOT SAUCE on the ribs and SMOKIN’-HOT
SAUCE on the chicken, and were more than pleased by the results.
The ribs…were cooked to perfection, and the last couple
of minutes we brushed on BLAZIN’-HOT SAUCE… we were
happy to see it stuck to the ribs great, and actually thickened…
(After) everyone tried some we heard (comments) that (ranged from)
they were too hot to they were not hot enough. I thought they
were just excellent Then I tried the chicken and thought (SMOKIN’-HOT)
was also very good. (Most) seemed to like BLAZIN’-HOT SAUCE
best, (but) everyone that ate the chicken liked it (too).
Overall: BLAZIN’-HOT was 8 of 10 on heat and 9 of 10 on
flavor
SMOKIN’-HOT was 7 of 10 on heat and 9 of 10 on flavor
Review: SMOKIN’-HOT SAUCE
- by Joe & Linda for The Hot Zone Online Blog:
Okay, beloved
chiliheads…wake up and smell the BBQ sauce. You now have (one)
that you can be proud of… It’s SMOKIN’-HOT SAUCE
by E.Z. Earl, courtesy of Branding Iron Foods. E.Z. Earl himself
(offered) us a…chance to dispel our notions about BBQ sauces…
We took a look at the sauce and saw a…red, fairly thick, (sauce)…that
is evenly mixed. A gentle whiff revealed a…BBQ-ish scent with
distinct chili pepper overtones. (With) the thought this might finally
be a (BBQ) sauce that would be both hot & spicy enough to really
enjoy…we poured a dollop…and jammed it into our mouths.
WOW! We stood there, mouths agape… At first the smoky favor
spread across our tongues… It had a taste that really paid
homage to the quality ingredients… Smoky and tomato-ey…a
hint of sweetness…chili pepper laden and spicy (flavor).
Then came the heat! WHOA! We never thought (it) would pack this
much heat. It easily clocks in at no less than 7 of 10 (and) goes
up a tad as you eat (more). This milder of (E.Z. Earl’s two
sauces) had Joe sucking wind and reaching for his drink… We
settled on making…roasted chicken breasts…The final
product had a deeper, richer flavor with still…enough heat
to catch the attention of your taste buds. It has a crisp, chili
pepper taste that simply annihilates…its competition (for)
heat and flavor.
Overall: We loved using this sauce, and recommend you try it for
yourself. …it packs some heat, but that is a good thing. Enjoy!
Review: “SPICY-HOT
SAUCE” - Review by Jon Passow – Hot
Zone.Com
It has been a while since I have reviewed a [new
sauce] by E.Z. Earl … That is about to change because E.Z.
has recently signed some large grocery store [distributors] and
has brought out a “mild” sauce (Spicy-Hot Sauce) for
their store’s shelves. Does it live up to his [reputation]?
Let’s find out.
E.Z. Earl’s
Spicy-Hot Sauce ingredients…[are the same as his Blazin-Hot
& Smokin’-Hot sauces], except for the heat level. So,
for all intents and purposes, this [new] sauce is simply a “mild”
version of his other sauces. Why do I keep putting “mild”
in quotations? Because [Spicy-Hot] is definitely not mild! Would
you expect a [sauce] with “hot chili extracts” to be
“mild”? I didn’t think so. …but for an over
the counter grocery store “mild” sauce this one has
a nice heat to it. It definitely lingers a bit, too.
E.Z. Earl’s sauces have always been the best
[BBQ-type] specialty sauce on the market, and his new [Spicy-Hot]
is no exception. Absolute perfection with not one single problem
or complaint found.
Hat’s off to you, again, E.Z. Earl!

Review: BLAZIN’-HOT SAUCE
- by Joe & Linda for The Hot Zone Online Blog:
On The heels
of our SMOKIN’-HOT SAUCE review (see above) we quickly used
the…hotter BLAZIN’-HOT SAUCE. SMOKIN’-HOT SAUCE
was pretty damned hot…so we had to prepare our taste buds
for BLAZIN’-HOT… We did the (straight sauce) finger-taste-test
and our response was, “Damn, this is good!” I was
savoring the wonderful smoky peppery taste when…the alarm
claxons went off…I started to sweat. It easily comes in
at 9/10 for heat. (BBQ) Cooking mellowed the heat…but enhanced
the flavor, which we liked a lot…
Recommendation: For chiliheads of the world…this (BLAZIN’-HOT)
sauce and its (brother) SMOKIN’-HOT Sauce should be staples
in your kitchen… Quality ingredients, excellent taste, ample
heat, and all in a huge bottle… What more could you want.
Enjoy!
Review: BLAZIN’-HOT &
SMOKIN’HOT SAUCE
-by Administrator for The Hot Pepper Blog:
BLAZIN’-HOT SAUCE tastes like a mean no-joke BBQ sauce rather than a condiment
sauce. Tangy, bold and… very spicy, not extreme,…cooking
sauce. Very nice to taste a hot sauce where the…peppers
and horseradish are providing a lot of the heat. Best adjective
is “bold”!
Overall: Excellent BBQ sauce with a great kick! There are only
a few BBQ sauces I like. I look for natural ingredients and a
good consistency and sheen that is not the result of corn syrup
(high fiber fructose). Next I look for heat. E.Z. Earl has done
it! Hot sauce lovers will welcome the heat and bold flavor. …BBQ
lovers will throw their (other sauces) in the trash.

SMOKIN’-HOT SAUCE’s ingredients are exactly the same (as BLAZIN’-HOT SAUCE’s). This is the milder sauce, which is still very
hot. In the review of BLAZIN’-HOT SAUCE I mentioned that
it was not a condiment, but a cooking sauce. I take that back.
You just need to find the right food to use it on. The SMOKIN’-HOT SAUCE was delicious on a twelve ounce burger.

by Jim for Hot Sauce Blog
…the
only thing that kept me going was (E.Z. Earl’s) BLAZIN’-HOT SAUCE. The sauce is amazing…a wonderful blend of white vinegar,
diced tomatoes, honey, (natural) hickory smoke, and hot chili
extracts. The (aroma)…brings me back for taste after taste…my
lips and tongue burning for more. The heavenly scent…outshines
any BBQ style sauce I have I have ever smelled. (The aroma) is
an absolutely seamless (blend of ingredients). Vinegar is the
number one ingredient, (yet) there is no overpowering smell of
vinegar.
The first flavor…is that of the 12 secret herbs & spices…
After the spices, the heat kicks-in…- it is definitely the
hottest BBQ style sauce I’ve ever tasted. Once the sauce
meets meat it truly comes into its own…giving it fire…enhancing
even the best cuts… I (have) a near obsession for this wonderful
sauce…
Overall: “Heat is neat, but savor the flavor!”

Review: SMOKIN’-HOT SAUCE– by Eman for Hot Sauce Blog
…I am
(reviewing a) sampling of…wonderful BBQ (style) sauce by E.Z.
Earl. First the smell…surprised me that nothing jumped out
at me. It is a well-blended (aroma). …this is a very versatile
sauce as it says on the label.
(Next) I went for the ol’ sauce only taste. HELLO…the
taste buds are alive! …SMOKIN’-HOT is definitely right.
…it has quite a bite (that) is quick to warm up. Besides the
nice heat…it is quite the tasty sauce. I could definitely
get hooked. Like the (aroma) the taste is well blended too. …there
are quite a bit of spices in this (sauce)…but no (single)
one sticks out. …a slight smoky flavor to it, but not overpowering.
Overall: Definitely a sauce chiliheads will love!

Review: “SPICY-HOT
SAUCE” - Review by Klyth – TheHotPepper.com
If I had to take a guess by the color of [Spicy-Hot]
Sauce and its label, I would have pegged this as a BBQ sauce. But
it is used as a grilling [sauce], hot condiment, cooking, Bloody
Mary’s, BBQ, tacos, and seafood. So it is not as though it
is clearly just a BBQ sauce by any means. …The sauce itself
is rich, thick and has specks of spices throughout. …[and]
the aroma is fantastic!
I have had E.Z. Earl’s Spicy-Hot Sauce on
chicken breasts, burgers, and steak so far. It was amazing on all
three. Spicy-Hot Sauce is definitely spicy – slightly hot
– classified as “low” on the heat index. It actually
surprised me that there was any heat at all – which there
certainly is; a perfect warm that spreads evenly and lingers. I
[can’t wait] to try E.Z. Earl’s Blazin’-Hot Sauce.
Spicy-Hot Sauce is perfectly balanced with just
enough sweetness, just enough spices, and just enough heat to give
my…favorite sauce a run for its money. The aroma of Spicy-Hot
does not betray the rich flavor, [which is] … really amazing
Ratings: Flavor – 9/10 Heat – 3/10 Just
enough to get a nice light burn, never overwhelming, even for the
tenderest of palettes.

I got my bottle of E.Z. Earl’s BLAZIN’-HOT
SAUCE today, and I want to thank E.Z. Earl publicly by saying
that I really enjoyed it. It starts out with a sweet (smoky) BBQ
flavor…has a nice, long-lasting slow burn. …I am definitely
going to be (ordering) some of both flavors offered. The sauces
will be a welcome addition to my cupboard.

I got to meet
E.Z. Earl in person a while back, and the man is as good as his
(two) sauces. I tried it on lil’ smokies, burgers, meatloaf,
…sandwiches…steaks… The stuff rocks! Looking forward
to BBQ season in (N.W.) again. Unleash the FURY!
